Here is a great story recently published on the Shrine Clowns in western Massachusetts, spotlighting the important work they do in their community and for the patients they cheer...There are several units within the Melha Shrine, and about 80 clowns in the Melha clown unit. Approximately two-thirds of the members are considered active, which means they attend several dozen events annually, with the possibility of participating in 100 or more events in one year!
