Hospital Clown Visits are Like a Pot of Gold with a Rainbow of Colors to Patients

A rainbow of color sparked with smiles, is like a treasured pot of gold for hospital patients' days...

FRMC Charlie's Chaplains will soon begin cheering the patients twice monthly, scheduling Clown Rounds on alternating weeks. This new plan was recommended by several members of the hospital clown creative ministry team, voted on and unanimously approved by the membership at their recent Mid-Year Gathering. It was approved by FRMC Pastoral Care Department Chaplain Robert Ford, aka "Charlie Chaplain" last week.

Currently, Charlie's Chaplains is preparing for the upcoming "Healing Arts Festival" scheduled for April 7-13, 2008 to be held at Frye Regional Medical Center.
